LOLER is the Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations (1998) The aim of the LOLER Awareness Training course is to reduce the chances of any accidents occurring during any lifting operations in the workplace. LOLER Regulations require all lifting operations to be properly planned ans supervised by a competent designated person in the workplace. It is a health and safety regulation specific to lifting equipment.
